During this BOOTCAMP, you will get invited into a Private Facebook Group to ask questions, watch Q&A’s with me, and get the chance to win a TPT or Amazon gift card! Each day during the week of July 7-11th, I will be coming on LIVE in the Facebook Group to answer your questions about specific trainings. For example, the first day will be all about Classroom Systems, the second day will be about Building Relationships, the third day will be about Launching Literacy centers, and so on. If you ask a question in the Facebook group, I will put your name in a raffle to win a TPT or Amazon gift card, which I will announce on the last day! I will also be sharing some BONUS resources with you in the Facebook Group to start the new year!
Classroom Systems & Organization

This training has two parts. I divided it into two parts so it wouldn’t be overwhelming in one video. If you’re a first-year teacher and have no idea how to set up your classroom, this training is for you!
Part 1 is all about organizing my classroom, student supplies, student nametags, handing in work, how I organize my mentor texts, units, rules, and procedures for the classroom, cafeteria, and dismissal, and how I organize my materials and supplies for the week.
Part 2 is all about how I organize my literacy centers, how I make my anchor charts and store them, how I hand back student papers each week, and how I organize my student objectives.
I don’t know about you, but I’m VERY OCD, so when it comes to classroom systems, I’m your gal! I love to have everything in its place, and I also teach my students how to organize and clean up their supplies. I love coming into a well-organized and clean classroom every day, and I’ll teach you how to do it! You will LOVE my tips and tricks that I’ve established over the years that help you streamline your classroom so you will have less stress with no mess!
Some of the mentor texts that I will share include:

The First 10 Days of Reader’s Workshop

In this training, I will show you how to get your ELA block off the ground using the “I Do, We Do, and You Do”, rigor and relevance, mentor texts, anchor charts, interactive notebooks, differentiation, and introducing rules and procedures. I explicitly teach you how to use the “gradual release of responsibility” within your lesson. I believe by teaching this way, you will gain successful and independent readers who will love to read! I will show you how I use my “Schema Notebook,” which is my reader’s notebook for reading comprehension, and how I hold my students accountable for their work each day. If you’re teaching reading for the first time, then this training is for you!
